Duties and Responsibilities
- Actions must be taken in good faith and in the best interest of unitholders
- Ensure that REIT Manager manages the trust in accordance with the trust deed and relevant codes
- Monitor an investment activity in accordance with the trust deed and relevant codes
- Monitor an information disclosure in accordance with the trust deed and relevant codes
- Attend unitholders meeting and provide opinion when the REIT Manager seeks resolution on whether certain matters are in accordance with the trust deed and relevant codes
- Manage property accounts which belong to the trust separately from the trustee’s assets. Monitor transactions occurred at the REIT level
